		<description><![CDATA[Just stumbled upon your blog. No idea if you&#039;re still working on this, if you&#039;ll see this, but thanks for the link to the G&amp;M article on Hamilton. I live in Toronto, and love it, but am considering a move to Hamilton as I need a bigger house with some specific requirements and I know Toronto will be out of reach. But I need to be close to the city.

I did live in Hamilton many years ago and am hoping things are somewhat different from that time....20+ years ago. It was rather depressing. 
I&#039;ve been through somewhat recently and thought it improved (though allowing the Royal Connaught downtown to languish and no doubt be torn down due to neglect is appalling and common practice for too many cities).

Anyway, thanks for this! About to start my adventure of investigating the city and looking at real estate.]]></description>
